Founded in 1876, Savinelli celebrated its 140th anniversary in 2016. To commemorate the occasion, the Italian marque presented a special, exclusive pipe, as they had done for previous anniversaries. For year 140, they chose this military-mounted Billiard. It's a surprisingly English aesthetic for Savinelli but one that works incredibly well for a shape and series. The sterling silver mount bears Savinelli's raised logo, the crisp metal handsomely complementing the stummel's red wine-tinged Bordeaux stain. A regal piece through and through, this one's for any lover of Savinelli.
