Displaying a good deal of height to the bowl and stout chamber walls, this Lovat from Claudio Cavicchi is a fine example of Italian neoclassic proportions, the robust bowl dominating the sleek stretch of shank and abbreviated saddle stem for an alluring profile. Boasting handsome grain and superbly designed, it is well-deserving of its prestigious three "C" stamps. The tight striations of flame grain and birdseye-dotted rim are coaxed out by the Italian artisan's stunning honey-blonde stain, one of his most popular and esteemed finishes.
