The bowl's heel enables the entire composition to sit without the aid of a stand, making it perfect for those seeking a stylish and stout desk pipe. The shank-and-stem arrangement pushes out of the transition near the base of the bowl and aims upward, striking a sharp angle that accentuates the form's dynamic, active posture in profile.
