Ser Jacopo's Picta line offers pipes that are modeled after and inspired by pipes depicted in famous paintings. This particular Hawkbill-like Acorn pays tribute to the pipe in Vincent Van Gogh's Vincent's Chair with his Pipe, and it features a tall, plump bowl that rises at the fore of an aquiline curve of shank and stem. The bowl features a pointed, hee-like spur along its base, a shaping cue that immediately captures the eye and adds a touch of angularity to the overall form. It's handsomely dressed in a ruddy rustication and accented with a gleaming sterling silver band.
