An excellent example of Castello's fairly whimsical, indelibly Italian approach to shaping, this Great Line bent Dublin presents a fine balance of muscular proportions and a playful sense of line. The bowl is quite muscular and displays a firm, jutting heel underneath, a signature cue from the Cantu workshop. The rim is crowned in craggy plateau, lending the piece a subtle dose of organicism.
