This bent Apple from Musico is a playful rendition of the classic shape-chart standard. The bowl cants at the fore of the composition and tapers from its plump heel to its taut rim, while the shank curls from the low-set transition and marries a demurely curved mouthpiece. The bowl's supple curves conform naturally to the hand, and the transition offers plenty of space for a finger to drape. An earthy sandblast dresses the stummel and accentuates some dense constellations of birdseye across the bowl's flanks. A boxwood accent adorns the junction and adds a touch of creamy vibrancy to the overall form.
