Though compact in overall length, this Castello bent Apple is quite bold and muscular, the charmingly plump, tapering bowl boasting a voluptuous fit in hand thanks to its curvaceous, robust demeanor. Out back, the equally stout and upwardly curling shank and stem continue that hearty disposition, though this pipe is fairly lightweight. The Italian workshop boasts a more than 70-year history, so the artisans know a thing or two about shaping and balance. It's wearing the smooth honey-blonde stain of the Collection finish, highlighting stunning tendrils of dense flame grain that's earned this pipe its vaunted Fiammata assignation.
