This hearty Apple fits right in with the Rinaldo brothers' fondness for stout proportions, the palm-filling bowl housing a rather reserved chamber capacity within thick, insulating walls. The bowl's fantastic plumpness offers a wonderful feel in hand, and it dominates the visual weight here, its mass contrasted by the comparatively more slender stretch of tapering shank and stem. Compared to many of the marque's other renditions of the shape, this piece's bowl is significantly more round, and it works quite well here, with a look reminiscent of the Tomato. The stummel is dressed in the smooth Triade finish, the auburn hues revealing a wealth of handsome grain throughout the stummel, while the slim band of silver at the junction offers some elegant contrast.
