This Apple from Luciano, though Italian in origin, is a fairly streamlined take on the classic form, lacking the whimsical shaping cues and robust dimension typically associated with Italian briars, save, perhaps, for a touch of extra substance afforded to the bowl. Said bowl stands at the fore of an arrow-straight shank-and-stem arrangement and boasts a rather supple build, its gentle contours belying its healthy chamber capacity. It's all dressed in an auburn smooth finish that highlights some truly fetching grain throughout the stummel.
