Italian Estates: Ser Jacopo Delecta Smooth Dublin with Silver (L1) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-006-37784
Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Unfortunately, Guidi passed away in 2012, but Ser Jacopo carries on his legacy. This bent Dublin from Ser Jacopo is a compact rendition of the shape, and the Bulldog-esque beadlines and the thick shank packs significant muscularity into the small form. The flared Dublin bowl features a slight forward cant, thick insulating walls, and a flattened underside, making this pipe a stable Sitter. Additionally, this pipe's muscular aesthetic is enhanced by the inclusion of Ser Jacopo's Delecta mount, where a silver expansion ring on the shank and band around the stem create a stout and flashy junction, which contains a traditional, pressure-style arrangement.
