Ardor was founded in 1974 by father-son duo Angelo and Dorelio Rovera. Today, Damiano and Dimitri Rovera continue the workshop's family legacy. Ardor pipes begin with classical shapes, which are sublimely crafted into wholly original creations. This Poker by Ardor features their instantly recognizable Meteora rustication, which combines a pebbly finish with carved panels that adorns the Barrel-shaped bowl. Out back, the shank-and-stem combination is quite lengthy, the lithe, ruby-stained shank joining to a sleek, snow-white acrylic stem, which tapers inwards before flaring into a rectangular profile at the bit.
