Though not a fully functioning Cavalier, as it lacks the removable moisture cap along the shank base, this piece from La Biota, nevertheless, retains the form's characteristic build, displaying a protracted shank that extends below the transition and positions the bowl outwardly at the fore of the composition. Y-shaped in appearance, with the flaring bowl at the front, the steeply curved saddle stem at the rear, and the antler shank comprising the shape's frame, this piece boasts an eye-catching silhouette, one made all the more engaging thanks to the antler's craggy texture and the rim's striking plateau.
