Italian Estates: Ser Jacopo Delecta Smooth Brandy with Silver (L2) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-38399

Founded in 1982 by Giancarlo Guidi, Ser Jacopo has built a reputation on crafting high-quality briars that are renowned for their robust proportions and playful shaping cues. The Italian marque's style has since defined the Pesaro style of pipe making, each of their pipes imbued with a sense of character and reflecting the whimsical creativity that went into crafting them. This Apple is a lovely example of Ser Jacopo's more understated work, with a plump, rounded bowl sat at the fore of a thick shank and sleek stem. Said bowl boasts a low-set waist that marks an arcing taper to the rim, keeping the feel in hand supple and comfortable. A wide transition gives way to the aforementioned shank-and-stem combination, the junction marked by one of Ser Jacopo's elegant silver Delecta mounts at both the shank end and the stem base. Dressed in a light, auburn-toned stain and covered in a glossy finish, the stummel here showcases a wealth of handsome grain throughout, with flame grain around the flanks of the bowl and birdseye across the underside.
