Italian Estates: Ser Jacopo Imago Smooth Bent Billiard with Silver (L1) (Unsmoked)) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-38382

Founded in 1982 by Giancarlo Guidi, Ser Jacopo has built a reputation on crafting high-quality briars that are renowned for their robust proportions and playful shaping cues. The Italian marque's style has since defined the Pesaro style of pipe making, each of their pipes imbued with a sense of character and reflecting the whimsical creativity that went into crafting them. This piece belongs to the Italian workshop's Imago series, denoting its singular junction between the shank and stem. Said shank and stem comprise a sleek taper from the wide transition to the button which is interrupted only by its accent: a pair of matching silver rings that flank a bit of negative space. These matching accents define the Imago line and draw some of the visual weight here away from the bowl. Said bowl is a tall, hearty one which boasts a supple rounding at its low-set waistline, marking the start of an arcing taper to the rim and offering plenty of room to showcase the stummel's dark, auburn-toned stain.
