Italian Estates: Castello 'Castello' Bent Billiard (KKKK) (2020) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-006-38880
Since their founding in 1947 by Carlo Scotti, Castello's commitment to handcrafting high-quality pipes has helped elevate the reputation of Italian pipes to luxury status. Furthermore, Castello's personal shaping approach to pipes has helped cultivate the bowl-centric and whimsical Italian neoclassic aesthetic. This bent Billiard by Castello revises the iconic form, as the bowl features a pronounced heel, a notable Italian design cue, and a wavy, asymmetrical rim that imbues this pipe with a dash of playfulness. Out back, the shank-and-stem arrangement presents a gentle upward arc in profile, echoing the Hawkbill shape while still keeping the curves demure. Additionally, the stummel is dressed in Castello's eponymous finish, highlighting striking grain in a stunning blonde smooth finish.
