Italian Estates: Don Carlos Smooth Bent Pot with Silver (27) (Two Note) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-40584

After apprenticing at many Italian pipe making workshops, Bruto Sordini went into business with two partners and founded Ser Jacopo. After a few years, Sordini went solo, crafting handmade pipes under the brand name Don Carlos. This bent Pot by Don Carlos features a unique bowl, as both the underside and rim showcase crisp bevels, but in between the bowl presents robust, cylindrical walls, imbuing this piece with a whimsical character. Out back, the shank and stem bend downward ever-so-slightly, providing the composition with a subtle softness. Furthermore, the shank and stem marry at a glimmering silver band, which elegantly complements the auburn stain that dresses the stummel and highlights handsome straight grain on the bowls.
