Italian Estates: Ser Jacopo Delecta Partially Rusticated Bent Dublin with Silver (Maxima) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-006-40660
Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Sadly, Guidi passed away in 2012, but his workshop carries on his legacy. This Maxima bent Dublin by Ser Jacopo possesses a robust, flared bowl, its walls ascending from an outcropping of plateau on the heel to a broad, asymmetric rim that also showcases a healthy swath of plateau. Out back, the tubular shank arcs upward to one of Ser Jacopo's signature Delecta mounts, which features silver accents on both the shank end and the stem base. Additionally, the bowl is dressed in a silky chestnut smooth finish, highlighting streaks of flame grain on the walls and shockingly visible growth rings on the bowl.
