Italian Estates: Castello 'Castello' Bent Billiard (KKKK) (2014) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-006-40838
Founded in 1947 by Carlo Scotti, Castello's commitment to handcrafting high-quality pipes helped elevate the reputation of Italian pipes to luxury status. Furthermore, Castello's personal shaping approach to pipes helped cultivate the bowl-centric and whimsical Italian neoclassic aesthetic. This bent Billiard by Castello possesses a supple, tapered bowl, which features an asymmetric rim marked by subtle undulations. Out back, the shank flares to a broad, exposed face that mimics the wavy rim, adding another dash of organic appeal to the composition. The face is married to a demurely bent stem of jet-black acrylic, which makes a classic complement for the chestnut smooth finish on the stummel.
