This bent Apple by Radice is a particularly plump rendition with a more spherical build resembling the Tomato. Formed by thick, rotund walls, the bowl's figure fills the hand comfortably. Transitioning from the bowl is a high-kicking shank-and-stem arrangement with a posture perfect for jaw hanging. The stummel wears Radice's Underwood finish, granting it a distinctive, carved rustication with the likeness of melted wax, complete with a handsome chestnut stain.
