Italian Estates: Luigi Viprati Smooth Bent Dublin with Silver (Two Clover) (9mm) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-41761

From carving a single briar pipe in his leisure during his military service in 1972, Luigi Viprati sparked a lifelong passion for pipe making. Over the years, Viprati would continue to hone his craft, gaining a thorough understanding of Italian neoclassical design. This bent Dublin by Luigi Viprati is a fetching display of the Italian carver's style with its expressive shaping and vibrant presentation. The bowl stands tall and upright, with thick walls flaring toward the undulating rim, featuring a deep, fluted channel wrapping around around the bowl's underside from the left fore to the right aft. Adorned with a stylish silver accent bad, a sinuous shank curls upward from the bowl's transition and meets a gracefully bent, tapered stem fashioned from translucent, ruby-hued acrylic. Dressing the stummel is a warm, hazelnut stain that highlights striking vertical grain around the bowl.
