Italian Estates: Ser Jacopo Smooth Hawkbill with Silver (L2) (A) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

I'm genuinely surprised that this particular pipe isn't part of Ser Jacopo's Insanus line, as the shaping on display here certainly reminds me of their more experimental collection. The Hawkbill is a patently Italian shape, combining exaggerated features with a muscular build and steep curves. This is quite the opposite of a traditional Hawkbill, pairing a straight tapered stem to a shank downturned from the bottom of the bowl, creating a posture seldom seen in the pipe world. The bowl itself is also different, as the Italian workshop has opted to utilize a Cauldron shaped bowl, making the silhouette of this pipe even more striking and creating a profile that is utterly unique.
