Italian Estates: Radice Rind Panel Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-42155

With years of experience working for such style-defining Italian marques as Castello and Caminetto, Luigi Radice sought to apply his knowledge to crafting his own pipes, establishing the Radice brand in 1980. Joined by his father, Paolo, and his son, Gianluca, Luigi would further develop his distinctively bold shaping style within his family-run workshop. This paneled Lovat from Radice sees a tall, Foursquare-style bowl positioned at the fore, featuring straight, sturdy panels traveling from heel to rim. The stummel possesses a flattened underside, allowing this piece to sit comfortably on level surfaces. A round, protracted shank transitions from the bowl, punctuated by an abbreviated saddle stem for a sleek profile. Radice's Rind finish dresses the stummel in a warm, rugged rustication, with the rim left smooth for a touch of contrast.
