Italian Estates: Ser Jacopo Smooth Paneled Horn with 18K Gold (L2) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-42125

Founded in 1982, Ser Jacopo is now one of the most influential and iconic pipe brands throughout Italy. Founded by Giancarlo Guidi, this workshop is responsible for creating Pesaro shaping and working with high-quality briar to create whimsical and flamboyant pieces that lean heavily into the classic Italian style. An elegant offering from Ser Jacopo, this Horn is a timeless piece that combines detailed craftsmanship with sophisticated materials to create a collectable pipe. The eyes are immediately drawn to the pipe's mid-section where an accent band cut from 18 karat gold wraps the junction, adding a pop of shine to the design. Up front, the bowl calls to mind a cornucopia silhouette, where the rim and opening of the tobacco chamber are located right at the front of the sweeping fore. The walls of the bowl are paneled to add some structure to the profile, and these ridgelines extend all the way through the shank. A tapered acrylic stem brings up the rear, its jet-black pigment pairing well to the rich, smooth finish dressing the stummel.
