Savinelli's Autograph line is composed of limited-production, handmade pipes crafted by the marque's most experienced artisans. This bent Dublin is just one example of the innovative designs found within the series. Muscular and sophisticated in nature, this pipe is a hefty version of the classic shape thanks to the sturdy bowl and elegant shank-and-stem combination. Up front, the walls of the bowl flare from a firm heel to a slightly-domed rim that looks into the spacious tobacco chamber. From the tightly-knit transition, the shank rises to a half-saddle stem, whose base is curved and slanted as opposed to the more traditional, fixed shoulders. The remainder of the vulcanite mouthpiece bends at the bit, lending this pipe a jaw-hanging posture. Up front, the stummel is dressed in a smooth finish and offers handsome vertical grain throughout.
