Italian Estates: Baldo Baldi Sandblasted Bent Billiard (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-42448

With a background architecture, the late Baldo Baldi approached his craft with an exacting eye, with each of his pipes being made for briar that had been aged 20-25 years. Baldi would often incorporate inspiration from some of his favorite artists and architects, drawing on his passions to create pipes that balance form and function. This bent Billiard by Baldo Baldi sees a tall, upright bowl at the fore, with thick walls rising straight from heel to rim. Out back, a sturdy shank turns sharply upward to meet a smartly bent saddle stem of jet-black acrylic, the pair primed for comfortable jaw hanging. A crisp, earthy sandblast envelops the stummel, drawing out rippling growth rings beneath a warm stain.
