This vintage "93" bent Egg from Castello pairs a tall, full-bodied bowl to an upturned shank and a demurely curved mouthpiece of jet-black acrylic. The stem joins the shank at a domed military mount, which matches the complexion and material of the mouthpiece. The vaulted posture of both the shank and the stem lends a sweeping gesture to composition's aft side, and promotes a comfortable smoking posture. A dark sandblast completes the ensemble and highlights striking grain across the briar's surface.
