Crafted by an unknown maker, this bent Apple's shaping hews more closely to the Anglo-French school of design with its more reserved proportions. The bowl is pert and plump, formed by supple walls traveling from the rounded heel toward the flat rim. A slender, upturned shank transitions from the bowl and joins to an arcing tapered stem of shimmering yellow acrylic. Contrasting the stem's vibrant palette, the stummel wears a fetching auburn stain that displays handsome grain.
