Italian Estates: Radice 'Radice' Collect Smooth Bent Dublin (E) (2016) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-006-42439
In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. A palm-filling bent Dublin in Radice's signature Freehand-influenced style, this sizable piece features an exaggerated bowl capped with a broad rim of craggy plateau. Said bowl houses a capacious chamber within its flared frame, ensuring plenty of long, leisurely smoking sessions, which the vaulted shank-and-stem arrangement is posed to aid. Dressed in Radice's eponymous finish, the stummel boasts fine flame grain that streaks up the bowl's thick walls.
