A stylish interpretation of the classic bent Dublin, this piece from Mastro de Paja features the form's characteristic flared rim, but here it takes on a more dome-like appearance, bringing to mind the Bulldog or Rhodesian shape, as it even possesses a pair of wrapping beadlines. The lifted shank takes on a sleek taper as it reaches toward a similarly tapering stem of subtly curved black acrylic, the streamlined, gracile look of the aft side further emphasizing the robust bowl. It's all handsomely presented in a warm, mahogany-hued stain, unveiling dense streaks of flame grain across the stummel and keeping the palette classic.
