Claudio Cavicchi is a skilled pipe maker with over 50 years of experience, known for his remarkable ability to highlight the intricate grain of each block of briar, transforming it into stunning pieces. A traditional take on the classic form, this Billiard boasts a tall bowl at the fore of a trim shank and tapering stem. Out back, the shank-and-stem arrangement keeps the profile looking balanced, with said arrangement met at a stylish accent of warm tamarind. Dressed in one of Cavicchi's iconic chestnut smooth finishes, this piece has earned the carver's "CCCC" grade, and it showcases a wealth of handsome grain, with dense tendrils of flame rising along the bowl.
