An experienced craftsman, Luigi Viprati has been fashioning pipes by hand since 1972, and over the years, he's developed a unique style that's whimsical and reflective of the Italian neoclassical tradition. This bent Billiard from Viprati is a serpentine-like interpretation of the classic form, complete with a tall, poised bowl at the fore and a steeply curved shank-and-stem arrangement at the aft. It's presented in a warm, silky smooth finish that highlights a wealth of attractive flame grain across the bowl's flanks.
