Italian Estates: Castello Collection Prince (KK) (2019) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-44615

Founded by Carlo Scotti in 1947, Castello is recognized by some enthusiasts for being one of the first Italian brands to separate from the conventional English and French shaping standards. All of their pipes are individually shaped by a small team of artisans who focus on quality in both form and function. This Prince is a handsome rendition of the Anglo-French classic, boasting a defined, protruding heel that is commonly seen in Italian pipe-making. The bowl's squat, plump figure effortlessly contours to the hand, formed by supple walls curving from heel to rim. A comparatively slender shank emerges from the bowl out back and joins to a gently arcing saddle stem at an acrylic military mount. Dressed in the honeyed stain of the iconic Collection finish, the stummel showcases lovely swirls of birdseye along the rim and shank.
