Italian Estates: Rinaldo Lithos Bent Apple with Silver (1) (YY) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-45016

Elio and Guido Rinaldo have been making pipes together since 1974, getting their start in one of Pesaro's major workshops before establishing their own brand, Rinaldo, in 1987. To this day, every pipe produced by the workshop is crafted solely by the two brothers, with the utmost attention paid to every aspect of the pipes' performance and comfort, both in hand and between the teeth. This bent Apple is a fine example of Rinaldo's signature style, featuring a hearty, plump bowl defined by supple curves and a subtle rimward taper. Said bowl rests on a rounded heel at the fore of a wide transition to a smartly upturned round shank that curls to join a comfortably bent acrylic saddle stem in jet-black hues: the junction here marked by a trim brassy band for some lovely contrast. Dressed in the Lithos rustication, the auburn-toned stummel offers plenty of rugged texture to appreciate while smoking, with a smooth finish across the rim for some textural contrast.
