The Tsuge Thunderstorm presents a strong aesthetic flare with a great Art Deco flavor. However, the design isn't just about looks. That metal sleeve that covers the bowl actually slides, and, when moved into its "up" position, provides a roughly 285-degree windscreen to shield your smoldering blend from the breeze. Toss in a metal guard for the rim, and a military-type mount, and you've got a briar that's not only pretty handy for enjoying outdoors, but that is also well-protected against charring up top and that can be broken down in a pinch even while still hot without worrying about cracking the shank. It's presented here in unsmoked condition.
