Japanese Estates: Tsuge Tokyo Smooth Bent Dublin with Bamboo (502) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-007-1624
Featuring an extra-tall Dublin bowl paired to a deeply sweeping transition, this Tsuge Tokyo "502" displays an elegant, almost Calabash-like aesthetic in profile thanks to its sinuous S-curve. Two knuckles of pale bamboo extend the shank before leading to the gracefully downturned stem, which offers excellent balance for hands-free smoking, not to mention that the grain on this piece is strikingly nice: Tight, vertical streaks of grain rise up along the flanks of the towering bowl before erupting into a crown of rugged plateau along the rim.
