Whitehall pipes could be from England, made by Ben Wade or Civic Co, or from an Italian line made for sale in the USA. Could even be a seconds line from Brebbia. Nevertheless, despite it's mysterious origin, it has a extremely roomy chamber in a squat Apple bowl. A little more shaping and it would be a Rhodesian. The stummel is caved in a rocky mosaic pattern.
