Misc. Estates: Klaus Zenz Smooth Bent Pot
Product Number: 004-008-2284
Klaus Zenz, like many other carvers, started his career as a cabinet maker. Now he's one of the most productive artisans in the field. "For the love of detail," he turns out tons of handmade briars from his home in Austria each year with shapes ranging from the classically Danish to his more ambitious modern numbers. This little bent Pot seems to be one of his more conservative executions, both in size and design. Compact and muscular, yet still rather elegant overall, this little nosewarmer reminds me of a certain P.S. Studio design: quite a nice find for the price.
