Crafted for the International Pipe Club of Hong Kong, this straight Billiard comes to us from an unknown maker. While it doesn't specifically say this phrase in the stamping, I suspect very much that this was carved for the 30th anniversary of the club, hence the nomenclature reading "1986-2016." The bowl is pert and upright, sat atop a rounded heel and balanced by a sleek combination of shank and stem whose junction is marked by a ring of silvery metal that stands out strikingly against the briar's earthy sandblast.
