HS Studio offers handmade pipes at very accessible prices and brings a lot of Danish design school to their work. This Freehand displays a softly paneled, Horn-like profile, with sweeping linework from the asymmetrically inflated rim and a dramatic flare at the shank end. A walnut sandblast commends the briar's grain, with radiant growth rings on the left flank. A lighter accent forms the stem's base, adding a pop of contrast and a shoulder to aid in assembly, before the stem reduces to a lithe saddle configuration, bending slightly downward for a comfortable smoking posture.
