A bent Dublin from an unknown maker, this piece showcases a languid curvature to its construction that runs from the black, arced stem through to the sweeping heel that rises, flaring gently to the rim. Said bowl is tall and upright, lending the piece a sort of classic, Anglo-French disposition, though with further emphasis placed on the bowl itself. The briar here features an inky black sandblast that reveals some lovely grain rippling up from the heel across the bowl, matching well with the stem and giving the piece an understated appeal.
