Misc. Estates: Canterbury Smooth Pot Tobacco Pipe

A timeless take on the Pot from Canterbury, this pipe features the shape's iconic, extra-broad bowl shape, being nearly as wide as it is tall. All this added breadth results in an expansive chamber, with the walls growing up from a rounded heel to a flat rim in nearly cylindrical fashion. A wide transition leaves plenty of room to drape a digit and gives way to a gently tapering shank, here married to a sleek and slender saddle stem of black vulcanite. Dressed in a warm, rich, chestnut-hued stain, the stummel showcases a wealth of handsome grain throughout, with birdseye showcased particularly well on the left flank.
