Misc. Estates: Rc Scharer Smooth Freehand (5-25-98) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-008-10545

This Freehand pipe from Rc Scharer is a unique piece, featuring a striking, expressive silhouette that showcases a geometric bowl at the fore, standing atop a flat heel and offering plenty of musculature in hand. The transition is wide and slightly raised, and it gives way to a long, flaring shank that terminates in a broad, plateau-capped face. This face accepts a stylized, diamond-shaped stem of black vulcanite whose pair of expansion rings at the base create implied lines that speak to a consistent taper from out of a sudden, rapid flare. Dressed in a warm, rich stain, the stummel showcases handsome grain throughout.
