Misc. Estates: Unknown Lattice Carved Billiard (with Case) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-008-10983
Meerschaum was commonly used before briar and is a porous material valued for its heat resistance and patination. This particular rendition from an unknown carver sees a streamlined Billiard profile — a cylindrical bowl at the fore of an arrow-straight shank-and-stem arrangement. This estate piece retains meerschaum's pale pigmentation, sure to host a nice patinate over time, taking on tan and brown hues. This piece wears a stylish lattice carving throughout and comes with a hardshell case.
