This Bulldog from an unspecified maker is a reserved and compact take on the traditional shape. A diamond shank grows out of the bowl from a thick transition, continuing arrow-straight into the saddle stem. The shank's bottom edge continues through the bowl's base, ending at the heel with a dignified point. From this point, the bowl's plump curvature takes off, expanding into twin beadlines that mark the beginning of a slick taper to the rim.
