I'd say this fellow was about 75% tree, 25% man. He doesn't seem particularly thrilled about that, though which part is bothering him isn't really clear. Being mostly tree of course means he is most likely stationary, but on the other hand even at only one-quarter human, he probably still has to pay taxes. Don't even get him started on the hassle from his homeowners association every time he decides to get a trim - or decides not to.
