Turkish Estates: Unknown Meerschaum Nautilus Tobacco Pipe

A large rendition of the Nautilus, this meerschaum design from an unknown maker features a towering, broad bowl with a beveled rim and the signature curving "tail" at the shank end, which curls back on the transition. An uncommon design in meerschaum, it's topped by a stylish, dark acrylic stem that's gently downturned. The stummel's large surface area has already begun to accrue a bit of patina and will continue to do so as it's smoked over time.
