American Estates: Larry Roush Sandblasted Bent Apple with Silver (S2) (1634) (2009)
Product Number: 004-009-5489
Though he also does make more conservative designs, it's those briars where Larry Roush has really done some serious tweaking of proportions that his skills become most obvious. Making things balance out right, aesthetically speaking, when you've got such a short stem and shank matched to such a meaty and substantial bowl isn't the easiest of tasks, yet he consistently pulls it off. Furthermore, and as is the case with this particular bent Apple, he typically imbues such designs with quite a playful character to their posture and flow as well.
