American Estates: Ed Burak Connoisseur Smooth Bent Tomato

Product Number: 004-009-6337

Ed Burak was a pipe designer, rather than maker, but a very influential one. As far as production goes, things were split between the Jobey/Weber factory, for the sort of pipes you'd have seen hanging on display at shops (including Ed's own), and artisans Tony Passante and Joe Corteggiano, for his art/collector pieces. As a result, there are a lot of interesting Ed Burak pipes out there, like this one, readily available at prices that are a fraction of his Passante/Corteggiano-made briars.
