I just had to take this Blowfish over to Jeremy's desk for show-and-tell. We marveled at the exaggerated "fin" on the left side of the bowl as well as the perfect teardrop facet gracing the opposite. A seamless Japanese-American fusion, the balance is remarkable and the pipe actually sits on its base. The Cumberland stem is deftly luxurious and echos the red and brown hues of the stain. While this briar does feature captivating grain, the shaping alone is deserving of the Hoplite stamp.
