Designed by Micah Redmond for BriarWorks' Original series, this chubby Tomato is an affably plump and muscular piece. Seriously abbreviated and undeniably stout, it fits right in with the carver's signature aesthetic, with the wide-waisted bowl balanced neatly by a lightly downturned stem in profile. Here, it wears a jet-black, striated rustication, making for a briar that could certainly serve as a playful dress pipe.
